CLOCK OWL Self Print is a self-service printing system designed for public locations, offices, campuses and retail spaces. Customers upload a file from their phone, choose print settings, pay digitally and collect the printed pages from the machine.

Open the secure upload page using the QR shown on the machine.
Choose PDF, JPG or PNG from your phone.
Select Black & White or Colour, copies and review the amount.
Complete digital payment through the payment gateway.
After payment verification, the print job is released automatically.

Phone Upload
Customers do not need to use the machine keyboard. The file is uploaded from their own phone through a QR-based local/cloud flow.
Automatic Pricing
The system calculates price from page count, print type and number of copies before payment.
Payment Verification
Printing is unlocked only after the payment is verified by the configured payment gateway.
Print Safety
Printer status and print job state are monitored. Failed paid print sessions are routed into refund/reconciliation safety workflows.
Customer Privacy
Uploaded customer documents are intended only for the print session and are removed after the session according to system retention rules.
Remote Operations
Machine status, paper levels, pricing, payment profiles, orders, issues and reports can be managed centrally.
