Service Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Service

CLOCK OWL provides an on-site self-service printing service. It is not a courier or shipping service.

2. Delivery Method

After file selection, print settings and successful payment verification, the print job is released to the configured CLOCK OWL printer at the selected physical location. The printed pages are collected directly from that machine.

3. Expected Timing

Most print jobs are intended to begin shortly after successful payment verification, subject to file size, number of pages, printer availability, paper availability, network conditions and machine status.

4. Failure to Deliver

If the print service cannot be delivered after a successful payment, CLOCK OWL may cancel the print job and begin the applicable refund/reconciliation process.

5. No Shipping

No physical shipping, courier dispatch or postal delivery is provided unless CLOCK OWL explicitly offers such a service separately in the future.
