1. Information We Process

Depending on the service flow, CLOCK OWL may process order identifiers, machine identifiers, selected print settings, page count, amount, payment status, technical logs, and limited payment transaction references supplied by a payment gateway.

2. Customer Documents

Documents uploaded for printing are intended only for completing the customer's print session. CLOCK OWL is designed to remove customer files after completion, cancellation, failure or expiry according to operational retention rules. Temporary technical retention may occur where required for active processing or recovery.

3. Payment Information

Payment credentials such as card numbers, UPI PINs or banking passwords are handled by the selected payment provider. CLOCK OWL does not ask customers to provide those credentials directly.

4. Purpose of Processing

• To create and complete print orders.
• To verify payment status.
• To manage refunds and failed transactions.
• To detect machine or printer issues.
• To maintain operational and accounting records.

5. Sharing

Information may be shared with payment processors, service providers or authorities where necessary to process a transaction, provide the service, comply with law, prevent fraud or resolve disputes.

6. Security

CLOCK OWL uses technical and operational controls intended to limit unauthorized access. No system can guarantee absolute security.
