1. About CLOCK OWL

CLOCK OWL provides self-service document printing through compatible CLOCK OWL Self Print machines. Customers may upload supported files, select print settings, review pricing, complete payment and receive a print job.

2. Use of the Service

You must only upload documents that you are legally entitled to possess and print. You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, infringing or prohibited material.

3. File and Print Responsibility

You are responsible for checking the selected file, page count, print type, number of copies and final amount shown before payment. Output appearance may vary slightly due to printer, paper, source file, colour profile or device limitations.

4. Pricing and Payment

The price shown on the machine before payment is the applicable price for that transaction. Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. CLOCK OWL does not require customers to share payment card or UPI credentials directly with CLOCK OWL.

5. Failed Prints and Refunds

Where a paid print job fails or cannot be completed, the transaction may enter an automatic or manual refund/reconciliation workflow in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refund timing can depend on the payment provider and the customer's bank or payment method.

6. Availability

Service may be unavailable because of printer faults, lack of paper, network issues, maintenance, payment-provider downtime, power interruption or other operational reasons.

7. Privacy

Customer documents are intended to be used only for completing the print session and are handled according to the Privacy Policy and system retention rules.

8. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CLOCK OWL is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from temporary service unavailability, delayed payment settlement, user-selected print settings, or source-file formatting issues.
